Ashley is driven by three core values: strong relationships with family and friends, a commitment to helping others, and the desire to leave behind a legacy of integrity, compassion, purpose, and impact. She became a therapist after rising above her own challenges and experiences with trauma. Her experiences gave her a deep understanding of how powerful healing can be when feeling supported and heard. Through her own healing she was inspired to help others navigate their own journey of healing. Ashley's goal is to create a supportive space where individuals can grow, find resilience, build a life of hope, meaning and fulfillment, and rediscover their own sense of self and purpose.
