ElevaCare’s Urgent Care is open to anyone experiencing a mental health crisis and unable to wait for a regularly scheduled appointment. In-person and telehealth options available.

One of our mental health practitioner’s will complete a crisis assessment that covers current symptoms, recommendations, and safety planning with the client. Follow up services may be recommended and can include mental health interventions, referrals, care coordination, and connection to other services.

These services are available to everyone. The person in crisis can be a new or existing client. Each client determines what a crisis is to them. Anyone who is a part of the person’s support system is welcome to attend the Urgent Care appointment with the client.
